1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the Taka Beach website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using Taka Beach.

Taka Beach is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Our services are available to users in Bangladesh and other countries. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• Any disputes with Taka Beach will first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on Taka Beach, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts opened with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account may be opened in your name.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all accounts being suspended.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine and active.

KYC Verification

Taka Beach may request identity verification (KYC) at any time for security purposes. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Taka Beach. These rules apply to all bet types — Sports, Live, Casino, and Lottery.

Bet Cancellation Policy

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, taka beach reserves the right to void that bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Taka Beach supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 200.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In some cases, this may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits must be sent from a bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first large withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Taka Beach regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and must be claimed on your first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.5 to count towards wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka Beach. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus Abuse — Using multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to unlawfully influence the outcome of a match.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code into Taka Beach's systems.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantages by providing false information to customer support.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Taka Beach reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Before closing, make sure there are no pending bets or withdrawals.

8 Limitation of Liability

Taka Beach is not liable for the following.

• Betting disruptions caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Transaction issues arising from a user's internet connectivity problems.
• Issues caused by delays from third-party payment gateways.
• Any losses arising from a user sharing their login credentials with others.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Taka Beach treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. We never sell your information or share it with third parties without authorization.
